Mazda launched new Standards & Processes across all US dealerships to elevate the voice of the customer and align the customer experience with Mazda’s brand principles and vehicle line-up. Together with Mazda and AMCI, we created and implemented field and dealer training, supported by coaching and digital resources that enabled field and dealership employees to embrace and activate the Mazda Standards & Processes as a new and critical way of aligning their customers’ retail experience with the principles of the Mazda brand.

Created project plans and onboarding process for over (130) Top Tier Content providers ie. HBO, Showtime, Disney, Fox and NBC Universal on to the DirecTV Now platform. Significantly reduced the total number of underperforming titles from the Uverse platform saving AT&T over $400k in operational and licensing fees.

Universal Sports Streaming Operations needed a Digital Producer to manage advanced encoding services out of their Woodland Hills location.  As Digital Producer, my responsibility was to develop custom onboarding tools, workflow processes, streaming operations procedures and encoding techniques to enable broadcast production and streaming operations to work together more efficiently and cost effectively.
